Rene Russo and Rose Namajunas Bio

Rene Marie Russo, an American actor and film maker who was previously a supermodel, is a film director. Famous for her stunning beauty, her longevity in the highly demanding film industry shows her talents and abilities as an actress. The career of her was started as a fashion model in 1970s. It was not long before she rose to fame in the field. The beginning of the decade that followed, she pursued studies in acting and theater before making appearances on stage in Los Angeles and elsewhere in California. The year 1987 saw Russo played Eden Kendell in ABC's drama Sable. Two years later she played Tom Berengers love interest in her debut film Major League. At first, she was skeptical of her capabilities as an actor, reviewers were enthralled by her consistency. They were particularly impressed by her performance in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak in which she held herself against the likes of Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. In spite of this, she admits that she is not passionate about the role. She took her own self-imposed time off. In 2006, she made a return in Thor. Her husband's Oscar-winning film Nightcrawler was one of her role. The Intern, and Just Getting Started were comedy films with humor with her as the main character.

Rose Namajunas has been one among the most well-known UFC female athletes. She started out as an amateur fighter who participated in regional competitions, before signing up with Invicta Fighting Championships. Then she joined The Ultimate Fighting Championships. The success she has achieved both inside and outside of the Octagon has made her the most popular fighter since she became a member of the UFC. Namajunas came into the world on June 29 on the 29th of June, 1992 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to a Lithuanian Immigrant family. Rose was a basketball player and kickboxing throughout her growing up. When she was 18 years old, she was able to make her debut as a professional fighter at Invicta Fighting Championships in which she won two fights by submission. Dana White was impressed and signed Rose to the UFC's strawweight division at age 22 in December 2014. Rose's professional career has experienced both lows and highs but she's always successful in coming out of the fight on top. Rose fought Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April of 2015. Rose won an award of the Women s Strawweight Championship and she also took home the Fighter of the Night. This was the first time a female took on a promotion with a significant title. Namajunas continued to have many wins, including two wins against Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Best Performance of the Night award from UFC.
